How Billing Works
Exportify uses Shopify's Managed Pricing, which means all charges appear directly on your Shopify invoice alongside your Shopify subscription. You do not pay Exportify separately — Shopify handles the billing on our behalf.
For Shopify's official documentation on how third-party app charges work, see Third-party app charges in the Shopify Help Center.
Subscription Plans
Exportify offers monthly and annual plans. Pricing is shown in USD during the subscription approval flow. Annual plans offer a discount compared to paying monthly.
To view current plans and pricing:
Open Exportify from your Shopify admin
Navigate to Settings in the app menu, and scroll to the Your Exportify plan section
Click View Plans
Free Trial
New installs include a free trial. The trial period begins when you approve the subscription charge, not when you install the app. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can uninstall at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
Upgrading or Downgrading
To change your plan:
Open Exportify
Navigate to Settings in the app menu, and scroll to the Your Exportify plan section
Click View Plans
Select a new plan and approve the updated charge in Shopify
When you upgrade or downgrade, Shopify prorates the difference on your next invoice. See Shopify's App charges on your Shopify bills article for details
Where to Find Your Charges
Your Exportify subscription charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. To view:
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Billing
Look under Bills — Exportify charges are listed as "Exportify" or "Exportify Monthly/Annual"
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel, simply uninstall Exportify from your Shopify admin (see the Install/Uninstall article). Uninstalling automatically cancels your recurring charge. There is no separate cancellation flow.
Refunds
Please note, our app fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team if you believe you're entitled to a refund.
