Exportify will not open in the Shopify admin

If Exportify shows a blank panel or spinner in the Shopify admin, reload once, try a private window or another browser, disable ad blockers and tracking protection for the admin, check your network, and confirm your staff account has access to apps and orders.

Exportify runs embedded inside your Shopify admin and signs you in through Shopify itself, using the same session as the admin. There is no separate login and nothing to set up in the browser. If it shows a blank panel, an endless spinner or an error instead of the app, something between the admin and Exportify is being blocked.

How to fix Exportify not opening in the Shopify admin

Section titled “How to fix Exportify not opening in the Shopify admin”
  1. Reload the admin page once. A single reload clears most one-off session hiccups, including a Shopify session that has just expired.

  2. Try a private window, or another browser. If Exportify opens there, an extension or setting in your usual browser is the cause. Ad blockers, privacy extensions and strict tracking protection sometimes block the frame the app runs in, or the Shopify scripts that sign it in.

  3. Turn off extensions for the Shopify admin. Allow the admin site in your ad blocker or privacy extension, or disable extensions for that site, then reload. If your browser has a strict tracking-protection mode, set it to standard for the admin.

  4. Check the network you are on. Company networks and VPNs occasionally block the domains embedded apps load from. Try from another network or a phone hotspot; if that works, ask your IT contact to allow exportifyapp.com.

  5. Check staff permissions. If a colleague can open Exportify and you cannot, your staff account may lack access to apps or orders. See Staff permissions for exporting.

Email support@exportifyapp.com with your store’s .myshopify.com address, the browser and version you are using, whether a private window works, and a screenshot of what you see. If an error message includes a request ID, include it.
