Shopify Payments fee columns
Exportify can add each order’s real Shopify Payments transaction fee, fee tax, net amount, amount, date and payment method as columns in any template on every plan; the columns are blank for orders paid through other gateways, and older estimated fee columns at fixed rates are also available.
Exportify can add the processing fee Shopify Payments charged on each order, and the net amount you received, as columns in any template. This is the real fee from the order’s payment transaction, the same figure Shopify shows in the order’s timeline and in your payouts.
The transaction columns
Section titled “The transaction columns”Add any of these in the template editor:

Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Fee, fee tax and net are only reported by Shopify for Shopify Payments transactions. Orders paid through PayPal, manual payment or another gateway export these columns blank, never as zero.
- The figures are per order, summed across the order’s successful charges. Refunds are not deducted; export the refund columns alongside if you reconcile against payouts.
- For payout reconciliation, differences usually come from gift cards, multiple tenders, refunds, or a charge captured on a different day from the order date.
Estimated fee columns
Section titled “Estimated fee columns”Three older columns estimate the fee from the order total at a fixed rate: Shopify Fee (2.9% + $0.30), (2.6% + $0.30) and (2.4% + $0.30). They are a calculation, not a Shopify figure. Use the transaction columns above whenever you can.
