Paused Shopify stores
If you pause your Shopify store, Shopify pauses the Exportify charge automatically and resumes it when the store reopens; templates and settings are kept.
You are only charged for Exportify while your store is live and Exportify is installed. If you pause your Shopify store, Shopify pauses the Exportify subscription charge with it. When the store reopens, the charge resumes from that point.
No action is needed on your side, and your templates and settings are kept while the store is paused.
Scheduled and automatic exports do not run while a store is paused, because Shopify does not allow apps to read orders from a paused store. They resume when the store does.
